Dear Ohio State Waterproofing,
First of all, let us say that we were very impressed with the quality of this particular team of men. Each man did his job skillfully. They were respectful of us and our property and there was no foul language or other crude behavior.
Secondly, in regard to the work that needed to be done in the basement and outside of the house, we were thoroughly informed as to what was going to happen. Also we were kept in the loop as the week progressed by the foreman. We were delighted that the crew cleaned up each day before they left. The foreman welcomed any questions that we had about the project.
Thirdly, we particularly want to say how impressed we were individually with the foreman on the project. He was friendly yet polite and respectful towards us and the men he directed. He knew his job well and could overcome obstacles that were rather difficult and our basement presented a few.
Lastly, we were most pleased with the final work that was done inside and around the perimeter of our home, as well as the team.
