I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the work crew who waterproofed our basement this week. The foreman and the rest of the workmen were very professional and courteous at all times.
I was especially impressed with the way the foreman kept me informed as the job progressed. At all times he encouraged my questions and asked for my input. His positive attitude went a long way toward alleviating any lingering fears that we had indeed made the right decision regarding our wet basement. Likewise each time the representative visited the job site his first question was regarding our satisfaction.
Since this job was being done in my mother’s home I was very pleased that there was no loud or vulgar language used, and all the workmen were respectful of my mother and her home. At the onset of the job, I expressed to the foreman that one of our main concerns was the well being of our pet. The foreman and all the workmen were very mindful of this request throughout the week. The foreman’s leadership and your company’s training and policies were evident to both my mother and me.
We anticipate that the long-term benefits of the work will be as positive as our experience with your employees, and I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone who inquires.
