I wanted to drop a quick note to share my recent experience with Ohio State Waterproofing.
My wife and I recently selected your company to waterproof our basement. From the beginning we had a great experience. The sales consultant worked around our busy schedule to come and go over the process with us in our home. He was very knowledgeable and did not give us the typical “sales pitch” you come to expect.
Once we decided to go with your company everything went really smooth. The scheduling center did a great job working with us to have the install done in a timely manner and when it worked for us.
When the actual work crew arrived to install the waterproofing system, everything was gone over with me before the work actually began. The crew themselves were a great group of guys. Given the type of labor intensive work they were performing, their spirits never wavered. Even on the last day when it was pouring down rain, they never missed a beat. During the install the foreman, would stop by and check their progress and see if I had any concerns. Before the crew left on the final day, the foreman and I did a final walk around and he explained everything once again. Also, as a bonus the crew even cleaned up everything before they left.
I would highly recommend Ohio State Waterproofing to any of my family and friends just based on the quality people you have working there.
