Dear Ohio State Waterproofing,
I wanted to take a moment and write about my experience with the foreman and his crew from Ohio State Waterproofing. Thanks to the foreman’s leadership, my basement waterproofing finished faster than I imagined, with results that far exceeded any expectations I had.
The simplest thing that had a profound impact on my experience was on the morning my job started. Even though things were happening and being setup for the project. Each crew member took the time to introduce themselves and let me know what task they were going to perform while at my house.
I appreciated the care they took with my home. The protective measures they took with my landscaping and my floors & hallways, were like they were working within their very own home!
Everyone involved was just terrific. It was a real pleasure dealing with such a great crew.
