We had your representative come out and go over the condition of our basement area. We had very little dampness along one back wall. However, he felt there was damage from the dampness in the floor and in the blocks. Because we felt we could trust his opinion – we agreed to have the work done. We assumed that the resale value of our home would be much higher after this work was completed as well. We intend to keep the yearly insurance to cover any future needs.
Your foreman arrived with his men and we were impressed with the polite men. They were pleasant and friendly but did not spend idle time. They covered the area over which they would walk, helped move the items too heavy for us to move, and covered the bushes outside. When all was done, they had prepared the work area in order to do as little damage as possible.
The men worked very efficiently and never did we see anyone milling around. They were concerned for each others well-being also. That impressed us greatly! The foreman kept us involved in the everyday processes and went out of his way to ease our concerns during the entire job. A company is built on the people who work with the public well. Therefore, we assume that you have very strong company.
Only time will tell how satisfied we will be with the final outcome of the project. However, at this point we feel that we will be very pleased.
