Our family has been loyal customers of Ohio State Waterproofing; previously in our home in Kent. We feel the need to tell others of the excellent level of professional service we have received this time. When the estimate was presented we had some questions about a wall that was "bowing in" and our salesman, the representative presenting the estimate took extra time with us to explain all the procedures required to do the job correctly. We felt that he was honest and had integrity.
The foreman and his crew were also very courteous, professional and hard working; the entire job was done correctly and in a timely manner. The amount of effort spent prior to the job covering anything that could possibly get dirty and the perfectly clean area at the time of completion is an action that speaks volumes about the customer training these men receive!
When we initially met with Chester he explained and reviewed the entire system with us; we left with a much better understanding of what this process really involves. Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Letter
Dear Ohio State Waterproofing,
Ohio State Waterproofing installed StablWall and waterproofed the back cellar wall. The company proved to be dependable, both from the sales aspect to the actual work. Prices were affordable and they offed a guarantee! The literature was useful, explaining each detail and procedure in simple terms and illustrations. The new EZ Breathe ventilation unit has without a shadow of a doubt reduced the mold and damp air in both the basement and the upstairs. This is very helpful since I have mold allergies.
As for the workers, I found them to be most respectful and courteous. If any additional work was needed, they patiently explained the details why it should be done and showed me, as well.
I highly recommend, Ohio State Waterproofing, to others for a solution to their bowing walls, leaking basements and ventilation system. Keep up the great work guys!!!

You're the best! From the initial consultation to the final installation, your company proved to me that you are tops in the waterproofing industry. My first impression of the company was forged when our salesman visited my home for the free consultation. He was excellent in educating me about what was happening in my basement and the process that Ohio State Waterproofing would go through to ensure a dry basement. His thoroughness and expertise could only be surpassed by that of the crew that did the installation at my home.
The crew was led by Larry. I had been informed by John that the installation would take three or four days, but under Larry's direction, that job was complete in two days! I was truly amazed at the amount of work completed in those days and the excellence that was demonstrated throughout the job. Larry did not hesitate to answer any questions posed. He also walked me through the various phases of the job as the crew worked tirelessly and conscientiously. The crew was certain to clean the premises, both inside and out, upon completion of each day's work. Larry and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. Ohio State Waterproofing Thank You Letter

I wanted to drop a quick note to share my recent experience with Ohio State Waterproofing.
My wife and I recently selected your company to waterproof our basement. From the beginning we had a great experience. The sales consultant worked around our busy schedule to come and go over the process with us in our home. He was very knowledgeable and did not give us the typical 'sales pitch' you come to expect.
Once we decided to go with your company everything went really smooth. The scheduling center did a great job of working with us to have the install done in a timely manner and when it worked for us.
When the actual work crew arrived to install the waterproofing system, everything was gone over with me before the work actually begun. The crew themselves were a great group! Given the type of labor intensive work they were performing their spirits never wavered. Even on the last day when it was pouring down rain, they never missed a beat. During the install the foremen would stop by and check their progress and see if I had any concerns. Before the crew left on the final day, we did a final walk around and they explained everything once again. And, as bonus, the crew cleaned before they left.
I would recommend Ohio State Waterproofing to any of my family and friends just based on the people you have working there.

It is a good feeling to write this letter in complete happiness! I feel we made the right choice in choosing Ohio State Waterproofing. I have found this company has done everything they said they would.

Ohio State Waterproofing Thank You Letter
We wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the waterproofing job that your company performed on our basement in July. I must say that so far, Ohio State Waterproofing has fulfilled its promises to us. Since the job was completed, we have had a number of heavy rain storms and our basement has stayed dry. Ohio State Waterproofing Thank You Letter

What can be said for Ohio State Waterproofing that has not already been said?
The Ohio State Waterproofing staff arrived Monday morning and began preparing the house for the constant travel through it by protecting the floors, stairs and walk areas with plastic and foam covering. They also prepared the outside of the house to protect the plants and scrubs surrounding the foundation before they started digging. All areas were cleaned up every night before they left. Any recovering was done every morning to insure that flooring, stairs and walk areas were protected.
The staff performed their work quickly, professionally and courteously to the family members and showed great tolerant of the one overly friendly and one overly protect dog. Since pets are members of the family, all workers should be commended for their patience with them.
The E-Z Breathe Ventilation Unit was installed earlier last month and there was a noticeable difference in the air quality in the basement even before the waterproofing job was started. We are looking forward to utilizing the basement more and feel that this decision to have this work done will improve the health and welfare both upstairs as well as downstairs of our house.
It is easy to recommend Ohio State Waterproofing to anyone looking to recieve quick, professional and wualiy work form this compna and as wel form its staff members.

This job was done at the same time hurricane Ike decided to wreak havoc in our town. We had no power for the entire time this job was being completed. We were concerned that the job would have to be rescheduled, but no, the crew came back with a generator and still did the job as scheduled! That's called going above and beyond the call of duty!
The group of guys we had do the job were great. Coy did an excellent job keeping us well informed of every step of the process. He took the time every day to explain what was done that day and why. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was happening each step of the way. Everyone pulled together and made the best of what could have been a bad situation.
The entire crew was very polite, respectful and on top of things. They worked together as a team to get the job done. Coy did a fantastic job with his crew; making sure things were completed right and on schedule. He ran a tight ship and we can tell that his guys respect him and followed his direction well.
