Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter
To Whom It May Concern:
I just wanted to say what a wonderful job the crew did on my basement. They made sure we would be happy with the job they performed and we are very happy with everything they have done.
Duane and his crew respected my home and property by keeping everything very clean while they worked. I have two large dogs who did not track dirt all over my house because Duane made sure they cleaned up during the work and before they left the home for the evening.
Whenever we had a question, Duane or Rick was there to answer the question and makes sure we were happy with the job they were doing. They were very pleasant to have in my home; they always had a smile and a kind word even when it was 90 degrees one day and a thunderstorm the next.
The best thing I can say about Duane and Rick was when the job first started I told them I was having my son’s high school graduation party on Saturday and they made sure to get the job done with a few days to spare for me to get ready for the party.
I would highly recommend this crew to work on any of my family or friends homes. They did a great job!

Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter
To Ohio State Waterproofing and crew supervisor Chester
Thanks to a great crew and leader who exceeded my expectations on what I consider a difficult job.
Chester took the time to fully explain every procedure and the purpose, throughout the week. He made sure I knew what was being done and eagerly answered my questions. He made this stressful situation bearable.
The crew that came were courteous, making the job go very well. They carefully covered my shrubs to avoid damage and cleaned up frequently. The house was left clean/swept every night and nothing was left out in my yard. I am amazed how little clean up we will have. It has been a very good experience.
The entire crew and Chester were extremely hard workers, something you should be very proud of!
I have contractors do jobs in my house, and by no way were they as clean and friendly as your team. Maybe Ohio State Waterproofing could give classes/training to other contractors. You sure have mastered it with this crew.

Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter
A Note About Your Job
The salesperson came out to discuss the job during the aftermath of flooding. This was the second time the basement had flooded in 30 years and it was tiring cleaning up after the water. The salesman went over several options and outlined what the proposed job would entail. He was thorough in his assessment and thorough in his proposal.
The workers who installed the EZ Breathe called a day ahead and showed up on the day and time they had said. They installed the unit, cleaned up and explained the operation. Everything was clean and neat.
The company called 2 days before the main job was to start. They came at the scheduled time and day. The foreman explained the work they would perform (a review of what the salesman had said) and approximately how long it would take. These workers were really motivated. They took care to cover everything inside with plastic sheeting and covered the ground outside as well to make dirt recovery easier.
At each step of the process, the foreman showed what was being done. He checked several times to make sure everything was agreeable with us. One surprising thing was the use of dye in the downspout drain system to check for problems. The dye showed up in the basement trench. After digging outside, I found the problem in a cracked fitting on the downspout drain. After repairing this, the foreman said that the outside drain could be routed into this drain system. I felt this cracked fitting was the main source of the basement water, but was glad that the workers were so thorough in assessing the problem. I’m certain this will make the whole drain system work better.
The clean up inside and outside was very good. The job looks good and we feel better that the work is guaranteed. The crew was excellent. I hope the crew gets bonuses for their hard work and workmanship.

They were able to successfully complete multiple tasks with favorable results despite what appeared, in my opinion, to be a deadline. The whole team has bee, to me, unbelievable. They arrive promptly on time and are immediately working, only taking a break for a quick lunch. I have to credit the foreman. He works right with his crew all the time and is knowledgeable, competent and thoughtful with everyone. He takes time to explain to me what they are doing and answer questions.
A special thanks to the sales manager for helping me feel comfortable about taking on this project. To me, this was a big decision and I think going with Ohio State was the right way to go!
