Team foreman reviewed the specifics of the work with me. We went downstairs in the basement and he explained to me what all was involved before the crew started their work.
When the job was done, they cleaned up behind them. I’m relieved that now I won’t have to sweep away water in the basement. It will be dry and my animals won’t have wet feet when they are in the basement with me when I do my laundry.

We own a 90 year old home and have worked with a number of companies and individuals during 18 years of updating and maintaining it. The Ohio State Waterproofing crew has been great to work with. All of them have been polite and very hard working. Having experienced both good and bad craftsmanship we keep a close eye on progress, and ask a lot of questions about the necessity of various things and how things work. In our minds there is no substitute for homeowner involvement simply because there are usually many unique details about each home and no one is going to care as much as we do.

Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter
To Whom It May Concern:
The crew leader and his crew did an outstanding job for us!
They started our experience with Ohio State Waterproofing on the right path by arriving at our home on time. This was a positive ‘first impression’.
The crew leader is an extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable employee. He satisfactorily answered all my prepared questions as well as those that came up during his preview of what they were to do.
He reviewed, in detail, all the items checked by the salesman in the agreement, making sure that I understood everything and that nothing was being omitted or forgotten.
The crew did their best to keep everything as clean as possible by covering the hallway floor, basement steps and items in the basement with plastic. This was greatly appreciated. Precaution was taken not to damage bushes and shrubs outside while excavating.
After the job was completed, everything inside and outside was thoroughly cleaned and restored to our satisfaction. All construction materials were recovered and hauled away.
On the first day, minor damage was done to the very soft lawn and sprinkling heads along the driveway as the truck tried to maneuver around the side of the garage. This damage was quickly repaired to our satisfaction.
We are completely satisfied with the men, the work and the results of this project. The only thing left is to enjoy a dry basement from now on. A coworker who had his basement done by Ohio State told me that we would be pleased with the results. The crew leader and his crew did not let us down.

I had my basement waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing. The crew that was sent to my home was very professional. Before starting work, my floors and possessions in the basement were all covered with plastic. The shrubs outside were also covered. The first day, they worked inside and outside (outside all day in the rain). The coordination of the work force was impressive. The crew attacked the job as if it was a military operation. At the end of the day, my floors were cleaned of all dirt brought in from outside. My home was cleaned up so my family did not have to deal with walking on dirt the first evening.
The crew was very polite and considerate. Each step was explained thoroughly. By their actions, it was obvious they knew their jobs well. They worked continuously and hard the two days they were at my home. This was a ‘job well done’ and I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

We decided to go with Ohio State Waterproofing because of their reputation as one of the best in the business. We were able to get what we felt was an excellent price from the salesman, and we were told work would start in the middle of September. I was notified weeks later that the work would begin on Wednesday. At 7:30 A.M. on that date the Ohio State Waterproofing crew arrived. The supervisor was always in and out making sure everything was being done as promised. For three long days the crew worked in and out of the house, sometimes without breaks and short lunches to make sure we were satisfied and that the work was finished on time, as promised. At all times I was updated and explained of everything that the work crew was doing on all stages of the work.
I am a real estate investor and deal with brokers, banks, attorneys, property managers and all other walks of professionals. I never have met a crew as in sync with each other than that of the Ohio State Waterproofing crew as that was here this week. When it comes to top notch workers keeping total professionalism under hard labor conditions, these men are it. All five of them including the supervisory should be commended. They are a credit to Ohio State Waterproofing and they made my fiance and I very happy we chose your company. I will recommend your company to anyone that needs waterproofing, not just because of your outstanding crews.
