We would like to thank Ohio State Waterproofing, the foreman, and his team for all their hard work and professionalism. The foreman was very thorough in explaining every aspect of the process and when questions were asked, they were completely answered to our satisfaction. They were always on time and prepared for the next day’s work. While working outside, the work site was kept very neat. The same can be said for the inside work. Everyone always cleaned up after themselves inside and out. You wouldn’t have even known they were here. We couldn’t be happier!

Your work crew showed up at 7:45 AM, unloaded their parts and tools, and began immediately to work. The foreman told me what would be done and in what order. The work was done professionally.
The men worked together or alone, and explained what they were doing as they did it. At times they worked with no break, straight through till 3:00 PM, aside from lunch. I’m very satisfied with the job. I am very satisfied with the job. The debris was cleaned up promptly and hauled away.
I will not hesitate to recommend Ohio State Waterproofing and especially this particular work crew.

On March 25th, we received a confirmation phone call from Ohio State Waterproofing, that they would be arriving on Monday, March 28th at no later than 8:30 AM to begin the major task of waterproofing our 1929 basement in Warren, Ohio. They arrived promptly at 8:30 AM, friendly and professional, ready to work.
The crew did a fantastic job. They were very knowledgeable and answered every question that we asked expertly. There were many questions. They were a hard working bunch of guys and really jellied together to do the job ahead of them.
We would recommend Ohio State Waterproofing to anyone with totally disastrous wet , moldy basements.

Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter
Ohio State Waterproofing,
I would like to take a moment to make some comments regarding the crew that performed the work on our waterproofing project the past few days.
The crew arrived promptly as promised at 7:30 on the first day. Matt introduced himself to us and reviewed what the project would involve in detail. Throughout the project he was more than willing to answer questions, and explain what was going on.
On the final day all material presented in the brochure was verbally reinforced by Matt, along with some additional details regarding the pressure relief pump, the durashield, and the stabl-wall.
The entire crew was courteous, an went about their work in a professional manner, taking care to protect the environment (plants and inside property) to the best of their ability, considering the nature of the work.
