I wanted to write a short note to compliment the team from Ohio State. I was on the "on call" list for my waterproofing, so my original date of May or later ended up to be in the middle of March. The crew that came out, led by foreman Chester H., did a great job. They arrived promptly each day and as they moved through the day's activities Chester ensured I was informed and received detailed information. The entire crew was very courteous and ensured everything was done well. I appreciate Chester's willingness to explain the process with me as well as fully walk through everything throughout the entire three days. The crew was very good with ensuring the house was cleaned after the job and that materials were assembled out of the way allowing my continued access to the basement. They were very respectful to both my house and me.

Certainly to embark on such a project one wants to ensure the job is done well, meets all codes and standards designated by the city and the individuals sent to do the work are respectful, diligent and thorough. I would say this crew met those standards.

Larry and the field team did a great job for us in Shaker Heights. He was very conscientious and accommodating. He was sure to ask if we had questions and explained everything during the whole process. Ohio State delivered upon everything they promised. The whole team for that matter was the same way - being friendly, helps a lot when we are spending that kind of amount of money and having the basement torn up for so many days. Gina and I were impressed that the amount of work was complete in just four days.

The foreman did an excellent job of keeping me informed on what he planned to do, was doing or had done all along the process. He gave me a recap at the end of each day as well. He even called in the evening to update my husband.

This crew was very well organized and everything seemed to proceed like clockwork even when adjustments had to be made.

I especially am pleased that there is nothing I need to clean up now that the job is finished. All I need to do is wait for the cement to cure and then rearrange things.

This was the best experience I've had with a contractor in my home.

Dear Ohio State Waterproofing,

I just wanted you to know that Duane and his crew were the most professional team that I have experienced in all the work that I have had done at my house. From the first day when the crew arrived, he introduced each of the crew to us. He explained everything that he would do each day and asked if there were any questions before he even started.

They were punctual, very neat and cleaned up everything before they left each day. They even took away a few bricks that we had sitting in our driveway that we did not want. Everything that was done this far looks great. There appears to be great pride among the whole crew in the work they do. I am not an expert but I feel confident in what they have done because of the care that I see they take in all they are doing.

An added bonus is the fact that we lost very little of our landscaping. I almost assumed that I would lose all of the bulbs that were just coming up but almost all of them are surviving which I am most grateful.

I have already been sharing with my friends and family how impressed with the way the crew does their work.
