Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter

To Whom It May Concern:

I just wanted to write a short note to say that we are very happy that we chose your company. Everyone in your organization that I have spoken to or met in person have been both personable and professional!

Jeff was very thorough on the sales end. Larry, your foreman, was great – he took time to explain everything, answer questions and give me status updates all the way through.

It is a relief to know our water problems will be gone forever!

Thanks again,
Scott M.

Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter

To Whom It May Concern:

I contracted Ohio State Waterproofing to perform a basement waterproofing on my home. I must say that the foreman and his staff were the most knowledgeable and courteous people I have delt with. I was kept informed of all work being done and was most impressed with the timely manner that the work was done in. Thank you to the company but most of all for all the workers at my home. I will do my best to tell all my neighbors how professionally the work was done. So far I am satisfied with the whole process as well as the manner in which it was done.

Regards,
Mike C.

Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter

To Whom It May Concern:

The purpose of this letter is to inform you of my experiences with your company. Work on my house was completed in various stages beginning in early February and ending on April 21, 2011.

From the first time that I had contact with your company, I felt that my home would be in good hands. Everyone that I spoke with in the office, from my initial call to the follow up calls once the work was completed, treated me with respect and professionalism. Richard took much time explaining my options to me and giving me advice on the best option for my home. I chose the Multi-Step System and I am very happy with that decision. The gentleman who came out to install the EZ Breath ventilation system did a very thorough, yet efficient job of installing the equipment, as well as explaining how ot use the equipment.

Chester was the foreman of the crew who worked on my home beginning April 18th and ending on April 21st. My first impression of Chester was not only how professional he was, but also how knowledgeable he was. He was able to provide me with much needed advice on how to get my yard to drain properly, which is a huge problem right now. In addition, Chester was very organized and made sure that his crew worked efficiently. I was amazed by how much work they were able to accomplish in such a short period of time and also how quietly they worked. When the job was finished, he and his crew took extra time and care to make sure that they cleaned up properly. I think they actually left my basement cleaner than it was before they started!

I will say that your fees are not the cheapest around, BUT I will also say that the quality of work that your company provides makes it well worth the money. Having a clean, dry basement is essential to the well being of a house and it is important that basement waterproofing be done correctly. Based on my experience, I will recommend your company to anyone who tells me that they needed their basement waterproofed.

Sincerely,
Jan N.

Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter

To Whom It May Concern:

This week I had Ohio State Waterproofing do the inside and outside work on my home to stop the water leakage in my basement. I want you to know that your crew was prompt and extremely hard working, from the minute they arrived to the minute they left. Watching these boys work made me respect and appreciate, even more, my son in law, who has been in construction since he was young.

Mostly, however, I want to talk to you about Duane, the foreman of this huge undertaking. I am a 64 year old widow who, not only is riddled with arthritis, but had fallen down my basement steps just days prior to the start of my basement repair. I had worried for days about how I was going to move the furniture, etc. away from the walls in my basement, per the contract requirement. Not only was I physically unable to do this because of my arthritis, but I had been badly hurt in my fall down the basement steps (which Duane can verify). So, when the crew arrived on the first day, I immediately told Duane that I was unable to move the basement items. His response was for me not to worry about it, for me just to worry about taking care of myself. He and his men took care of everything. I almost cried.

I don’t know how to put into words, without a five hundred page essay, what a blessing Duane was while he was here. His kindness and thoughtfulness was phenomenal, from his warmth towards my pain in the neck boxer dog, to his concern about the affect that the noise was having on my two cockatiel birds. Duane made this whole basement ordeal, from the water mess to the disruption in my life with all the work being done here, so much easier for me to bear than might have been otherwise. He even brought my trash container back to my garage after the trash man left. The greatest testimony that I can make on Duane’s behalf is to say that I had told him that he had to either marry me or my single daughter, who is a physician, because I wanted him to be a part of my family. I’m sure that he has women all over the state, young and old alike, that have fallen in love with him for his truly caring attitude. Putting it mildly, Duane is worth his weight in gold and I hope to God that his employers are aware of this!

I know this letter sounds a little corny, but Duane make a very emotionally and physically hard situation more than bearable with his warmth and his kindness. I think that he knows that I’m only half kidding about wanting him to marry my daughter so that I can keep him in my family. That in itself, speaks worlds of what kind of person he was while here.

In closing, I would like to say that there is only one thing that I would like to see changed with your company. I think that the company pamphlets should include pictures of the boys in the work crews as well as office people, because those boys are truly the heart and backbone of the company.

Sincerely,
Penny W.
