The crew that was out here was very respectful and polite. Every time we had a question the foreman would address it honestly and fair. This was an extremely hard job considering the state of our basement, but the crew worked above and beyond our expectations and were able to get the job done in only three days. We were very impressed by everyone’s work ethic and respectful attitudes. We were told by the salesman many things that were not passed on to the crew, but they were fair and addressed all the concerns we had professionally.

From our initial contact with your company seeking an estimate to our final inspection this afternoon, we have been impressed with Ohio State Waterproofing and would recommend your company highly.
When we purchased this 1965 built home, we did so knowing that the basement had “issues”. Until we called Ohio State Waterproofing, we had received deferring opinions regarding the problems and potential solutions. We instantly felt a sense of confidence after the salesman’s thorough analysis of our situation and explanation of how OSW would correct it. We also appreciate how quickly we were put into your schedule – literally the hour we took possession of the home.
Once the crew arrived, we were impressed with the professionalism and hard work of the entire crew. They work hard! Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter
Ohio State Waterproofing,
Day One:
Dan and the crew arrived at 7:30. I will say that Henry had told us to expect them between 8:00 and 8:30 so we were a bit surprised to see them so early. Dan introduced himself to us and explained the general schedule of events. He was very personable and willing to answer any of our questions. The area was well prepared with plastic.
We did have one surprise when the crew leader said that his order called for only 60 ft of Durashield, which is half of the basement. Our salesman, had said that the entire basement would have been covered with Durashield. The crew leader promptly called the office and straightened out the confusion to our satisfaction. The remainder of the day went well. The men worked quietly and constantly. Another team arrived to prep for the installation of the EZ Breath system. At the end of each procedure I was asked to come and see what had been done and asked if I had any questions. The crew left at 3:30 after having cleaned up the kitchen area. The crew leader let me know that they would be back at 7:30 and the job would be completed by Wednesday. All in all, day one went very well.
Day Two:
The crew arrived at 7:20. Tom and I had some questions after reading the booklet and the crew leader answered them clearly. The crew got straight to work and continued with the job. I had to leave for work at 11:45 and left the crew leader with instructions for locking up the house. Upon returning home from work I found a note from the crew leader explaining the progress on the job and that they would be finishing up tomorrow.
Day Three:
The crew arrived at 7:20 and got right to work. I am anxious to see the finished product at the end of the day. There is a lot of cleanup to do but the crew leader assured us that it would all be taken care of by the end of the work day. All has gone well and now we are looking forward to a dryer basement that will increase our usable square footage and will be a big plus if and when we decide to sell our home. We would recommend Ohio State Waterproofing to family and friends. A big thank you to the crew leader and his crew!

Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter
Ohio State Waterproofing,
The crew that came to our house did a great job. They were right on time each day. The foreman took the time to walk through everything with me the first day, including walking around the house to check for landscaping that needed to be relocated or taken special care of. They did a great job of making sure none of the flowers were damaged.
Inside the house, they covered up the carpet and floors with plastic to minimize the dirt. The encountered a problem with our plumbing (a pipe under the house turned out to have a major leak) and notified me right away so I could arrange to have a plumber come out and make the repair while the floor was opened up. They were very accommodating in working with the plumber, so that this repair could be addressed. It was also very helpful that they had an electrical contractor available to come in and do the necessary wiring for the dedicated circuit for the pump installation.
The crew was very courteous and did a great job and they completed the work more quickly than I anticipated.

Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter
Hello,
This letter is to commend the foremen and crew that did the waterproofing of our home. They were prompt and courteous at all times. The crew is apparently well trained in what they do as there had to be little instruction given. It was also very comforting to see that a foreman was almost always on the property with the crew just in case a problem or situation would arise. The foreman was also very good at communicating to us about the work that was being done.
The work that was done was in our mind extensive, yet when the crew was done everything looked neat and well put back together. The young men in this crew are well mannered and very hard workers.
We never considered using our basement for anything other than storage, laundry and a few pieces of exercise equipment but if everything works out the way it’s supposed to (no moisture or mold) we may very well do some finishing work down there.
