Just a sincere note of thanks for the absolutely outstanding job your company did on the still cherished home in which we were raised on West Grace street in Bedford.

Our Dad, who passed away last fall, was a perfectionist in every way and took great pride in all aspects of tending to the old colonial home. We know he would be proud the we selected a company that obviously takes as much pride in workmanship and integrity as he did as a master tilesetter. He was responsible for creating ceramic mosaics in some of Cleveland’s most beautiful homes, not to mention his own home.

I’ve frankly waited to write this letter wondering, if even after all your meticulous work, a few drops of water would find its way into what had been a damp, smelly, constantly wet recreation room and basement. Well on this rainiest night of winter, in the midst of The Great Flood of ’97, we’re thankfully high and dry!!

Dear Ohio State Waterproofing,

I am writing this letter as a recommendation in support of Ohio State Waterproofing, the foreman, and the crew.

As the waterproofing of our basement comes to an end it is interesting to see how accurate the original instructions were to the final outcome of the job. During our conversation with the sales representative we had asked several questions which were of concern to us. One of our main concerns was the idea of a three to eight foot trench being dug around the house, especially due to the fact that we had recently planted rose bushes around the house. The sales representative assured us that each plant, the landscaping fabric, and the mulch would be replaced exactly how it was disassembled. Being honest, there was some skepticism towards how well everything would be replaced.

As the crew began to dig the trenches it became extremely evident exactly how real this procedure was going to be and therefore my concerns arouse once again. The foreman of the crew was great due to the fact that he made ample time to explain exactly what was taking place, answer any new questions, and continuously assure me that everything was going smoothly. Overall, each member of the crew seemed to be extremely helpful and informative.

It was amazing how fast, efficient, clean, and professional the group as a whole was. Our plants and everything else was put back in its original place. Ohio State Waterproofing and this crew in particular were wonderful. I believe I can speak on behalf of my husband and state that we would be more than willing to recommend your company and crew to a friend.
