Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter

Dear Ohio State Waterproofing Quality Control:

The crew of men arrived promptly each morning at 7:30 every day they were here. They were very kind, courteous, and polite. The men were extremely helpful and informative. They did not mind the presence of my young son and his inquiring mind.

The crew kept me up to date, step by step, with the progress of the job and provided me with knowledge and information to make good decisions on how to handle a few issues that came up (doorway drain and driveway sealant). I was very impressed with their work ethics and speed.

I enjoyed having them this week.

Sincerely,

D. M.

Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter

Dear Ohio State Waterproofing,

Per the request of the work foreman, I am writing this note to document my observation of crew performance. I have no complaints and was impressed overall.

The work began on the day promised and on time (before 7:30 am).

Upon arrival, the crew chief introduced himself and requested a tour of the work site.

The crew immediately went to work and worked steadily until the work was completed, ahead of schedule.

The crew chief maintained excellent control of the work crew and all facets of the project. For example, he made sure that I ordered topsoil so that it would be delivered in time for the crew to assist in placement.

The crew chief periodically requested that I observe the work in progress so that I was aware of the progress and methods used.

The crew chief and all crew members were pleasant and went out of their way to make sure that any of my concerns were addressed and all questions answered. For example, I noticed a large tree root exposed under the topsoil where it would interfere with grass and I went to get a saw. When a member of the work crew noticed that I was about to saw off the root, he said that he had a saw and would take care of it.

I was very pleased with the manner in which this work was performed and the pleasantness of the crew. The work appears to be of sufficient quality, but only time will tell if the original problem has been properly addressed. The original problem is the wicking of water through cinder blocks from outside to inside the garage.

I plan of placing a favorable notice on the Angie’s List website.

Sincerely,
R. L.

Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter

To Whom It May Concern:

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with company and felt the need to tell of my experience.

Matt and his crew have been polite, courteous, and professional. Their work ethic and respect for me and home has been refreshing. I have been kept informed every step of the way of what was being done and why, in great detail.

The crew has kept their work area virtually mess free. I am impressed most with how they were able to leave my bathroom tile undamaged, sparing me the expense of an additional contractor coming to my home.

I am very pleased with your company and their services. You are truly the best in the business. In the future, should the need arise, I will surely call Ohio State Waterproofing. I will definitely recommend you as the company of choice.

Sincerely,
C.E.

Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter

Dear Ohio State Waterproofing,

So many times, a customer is quick to write a company when something is wrong but is remiss to send a letter when the company does an outstanding job. We just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how pleased we are with Ohio State Waterproofing for the job they did for us.

It is such a pleasure when someone tells you that they will do a job on a date, and they actually show up on that date. The coordinator for the job showed up before the project was to begin just to make sure everything was in order. Then on the actually start date, when we arrived at our office, the crew had already been working for a couple of hours.

The foreman and his crew were very professional, polite, neat and hard working. They covered up the carpeting and taped the plastic down so it did not move. When they dug up around the foundation they put all the dirt in five gallon containers and then dumped it in a truck. Consequently, there wasn’t dirt all over the front of our property. Each night before they left, the front of our building was left in an orderly fashion. After the job was completed, everything was swept up and left neat.

The foreman did the cement work for our stoop, and he made sure he reinforced the side walls with the top. In addition, we put in steel posts in front of the stoop so no trucks or snow plows will be able to get close to it. They seemed to have genuine concern to do everything possible to insure that we did not have a problem in the future.

It is so nice to look at a basement that isn’t wet and the walls are not leaning in. Again, thank you.

Cordially,

P. T. and J. K.

Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter

Dear Ohio State Waterproofing,

I am writing this letter in token of my gratitude for the work your company and employees have done for my wife and me at our rental property.

First of all the phone call I was to receive prior to starting was on time and very appreciative, even though my son did not get the message to me until the night before.

I was told the workers would be at the sight at 7:30 A.M. and they were definitely on time. The workers started immediately unloading their truck. The foreman talked to my wife and me about what they were going to do and was very polite and informative. I stopped by the sight several times, each time the workers were working, except when they were eating their lunch. Again, very polite and courteous during the entire time. They would even take time to show me what they were doing and why. That all made me feel more comfortable about them and their work.

Lastly, I want to say how pleased I was about the deteriorated wall. It was one of my main concerns, I know you people sometimes don’t know how bad some foundations are until you dig into mother earth, but this one was very obvious. The foreman and I talked about it and his comment was –“What ever it takes to make you and your wife happy!” My wife and I are very pleased with the extra effort your workers have done to make this property more presentable and livable.

Thanks for everything,

C. and S. R.

Ohio State Waterproofing Customer Thank You Letter

Dear Ohio State Waterproofing,

Just wanted to send a quick note about our complete satisfaction, with the basement waterproofing done on our home by Ohio State Waterproofing. As hard as it was to write such a sizable check for waterproofing- it was worth every penny! The foreman and his crew that came out was excellent-top notch in every way possible. They were professional, timely, and very clean. They really spent time daily communicating with us as to the job progress and answering all of our questions promptly. Overall we were totally impressed with the foreman, his team and what incredibly hard workers they were.

The fact that they finished earlier than expected is testament to their dedication to efficient work habits. They even left everything in better condition than they found it in upon leaving. We would absolutely refer Ohio State Waterproofing to our friends and family and neighbors! Thank you! We feel totally relieved that our basement will now finally be dry!

Best Regards,

K. D.
