Any questions that I had as a customer he answered in a polite and professional way. The crew did not argue with the foreman and did as they were instructed. When needed, the crew moved items with care. Care was taken when pavers from a patio were removed to install the outside drainage system. They were put back appropriately and neatly. I also liked the fact that I could take some pictures as the work progressed so I can explain to someone what was actually done to the house. Overall, a nice job and good workers.

In October, your company completed a waterproofing project at our 12 year old, 3600 square foot home. As you can imagine, we were devastated by the deterioration of our basement with water and mold due to footer and settling issues in such a short amount of time.

We have been incredibly impressed by the professionalism that the foreman and his crew members have displayed during this process. They were always respectful, friendly, and professional in spite of the intense manual labor that was required to correct our basement issues. When other crews assisted at the end of a couple of the work days, due to the size of this home, they also showed professionalism respect to us and our property.

On a daily basis, the foreman was very thorough in explaining all daily procedures to my wife and I, and he was incredibly meticulous with clean up and very detail oriented with all aspects of the job. All inside and outside removal of our personal property was replaced in perfect condition, including a very detailed raised brick patio which had to be removed and dug ten feet down to correct a major basement crack! Everything was replaced in perfect condition, as promised.

We are comfortable in believing that this system will be fail proof, due to the careful manner in which this project was put together. We are also at ease in knowing that we can make a phone call if a problem or question should arise after completion of this job. We highly recommend this crew for future projects for Ohio State Waterproofing. Thank you for making this unfortunate dilemma a pleasant and gratifying process!

They put down materials to protect the kitchen flooring that they had to walk on. We had just had the interior of our home painted this summer, and they were careful of the pained walls as they were in and out of the garage door and down the steps. They put up plastic to reduce the dust.

They completed the work in a timely manner. They said it would take two days, and it did, even though they ended up having to work around a plumber we needed to repair a leak that was discovered. Thank you for all your hard work.

We were introduced to Ohio State Waterproofing by a way of a coupon in our local Val-Pac mailer. From what we had heard about them through advertising, Scott and I figured they were the best to contact with regard to our basement problems. We were in panic mode, we had no idea what was happening to our house and we needed help fast.

From the making of the appointment process, meeting and sitting down with Jeff, Scott and I were finally able to feel relief from what was going on with the basement. Jeff came to our home and went over everything with us step by step, process by process, answered they why’s and the what if’s. We were impressed with his honesty and his professionalism and felt confident we made the right decision on choosing Ohio State Waterproofing.

On November 22nd, the workers showed up to our home. The first gentleman we met was Larry. Larry was very nice and easy to talk to, then the rest of the workers came in and they were all very respectful and nice to us. James is the second gentleman we were introduced to, very nice man as well. What I appreciated the most was the constant communication they had with us on the process and how much longer things would be and what they needed to do next. All of the workers presented and represented themselves very well. When it came time to clean up and go over everything we felt very informed and pleased with what they had done.
