We wanted to let you know how pleased we’ve been with the basement waterproofing that was completed this week at our house.
Your crew was here bright and early every day, worked incredibly hard each day. They even went through the extra effort to ensure that our basement items were fully covered, and our floors were protected where they had to travel in and out of the house. Lastly, they even cleaned up nightly before leaving.
Each person we encountered was very nice and courteous, and had such great attitudes- which, after a long day of back-breaking work, was truly amazing!
Unfortunately for the crew, we received 12 inches of snow during the week – which they had to dig through before they could dig the outside trenches. When they left at the end of the day, they were still smiling! Even when the dog snuck downstairs to follow them around, they were very gracious about it.
You definitely have an excellent crew of guys working for you and I have already recommended your company to a co-worker who needs her basement waterproofed. I will continue to recommend your company whenever I hear someone mention a problem.
