Dear Ohio State Waterproofing,
We want to say THANK YOU for the great work in our basement and for your outstanding service throughout the process. WE knew there was some deterioration behind the wall panels in our 80 year old house, but we were still surprised and nervous when we took them down and saw large holes in the foundation…especially since a majority of these panels were put in by another “waterproofing” company! In less than three days, the holes were patched and new paneling was on the walls. More importantly, a system was in place to keep this from happening again.
We would personally like to thank A & J for their service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. As two young engineers, we appreciate the level at which A was able to explain the problem and the solution to our moisture issues. During the installation, R took the time to answer all of our questions. We both do a lot of business travel, and A and the whole Ohio State team were able to schedule our job at a time that was convenient for us. R and his crew were quick and did not require constant oversight, allowing us to continue working during the construction.
We knew that Ohio State Waterproofing had a good reputation. Now we know why!
