The work crew arrived on time and they were all very friendly and professional. A foreman went over the job with us when they started, if anything other came up he would notify us. We were informed throughout the job.
They were here two days and weather conditions weren’t the best, but they worked through the snow and cold.
The crew hand dug the outside and was done in a very timely manner, and with little or no plant or shrub damage.
They covered all stairs and walk ways, and covered anything in the basement that needed it.
In all we would recommend Ohio State Waterproofing to friends and family.
The crew we had was very professional and it was easy to talk over any questions we may have had.
