The crew that was out here was very respectful and polite. Every time we had a question the foreman would address it honestly and fair. This was an extremely hard job considering the state of our basement, but the crew worked above and beyond our expectations and were able to get the job done in only three days. We were very impressed by everyone’s work ethic and respectful attitudes. We were told by the salesman many things that were not passed on to the crew, but they were fair and addressed all the concerns we had professionally.
Again, we are very pleased with this crew from Ohio State Waterproofing.
