We are writing to let you know how happy we are with the work you have done for us over the past three days. The crew who worked here was very punctual, arriving and leaving exactly when promised. The foreman started the process by clearly and completely explaining what would be done as we walked through the basement with him. He was very knowledgeable, and clearly responded with the way the work crew protected our stairs and floors, covered everything in the basement with plastic, and did everything they could to keep the dust at a minimum. They were also very careful with our plants as they worked outdoors. The crew leader and all the members of the crew were very polite as well.
We thank the crew for all their hard work and for doing all they could to protect and respect our home.
