First of all, thank you for being so prompt when I called in trouble on my sump pump. It was not working at all. My wife called you just after 11:00 am, and you had someone there at 12:00 pm. This day and age that is unheard of. That just shows you care about your customers. I was very impressed with the technician. Not only was he very courteous, but he did his job professionally. He changed the sump pump which is not that difficulty, but after he installed it, he ensured it worked, and doing so found a leak coming from it. Not thinking twice he went to his truck, broke out the tools and proceeded to fix the leak. The whole time remembering his manners and handling the task at hand. This gentleman not only repaired the leak in a timely manner but cleaned up any and all the mess he made and took it with him. He also showed me an option of a battery backup unit but unfortunately I am unable to afford any of these units.
Thank you again for all you do for your customers. Keep up the good work and I will recommend you to other people. As you know word of mouth is the best advertisement.
