I have to say that the whole process was well planned and very organized. The information I got from the salesman was the same info that I got from the construction crew. It was nice to know that everyone was on the same page.
The first day the crew was here they put a great deal of effort and care into protecting all of our property from covering all the things in the basement to covering the floor and steps to the basement. For a construction site, the place stayed pretty clean the whole time.
All of the team were pretty friendly also. They would always greet us in the morning and talk to us. The foreman also made sure to touch base with us each day to answer any questions we had before beginning the day.
Overall, we are pleased with the work and are looking forward to enjoying a dry basement.
