We would like to take this time to thank you for a great job well done. We just had our basement work completed, both inside and out, and are extremely pleased with the work that has been done. This job was done at the same time hurricane Ike decided to wreak havoc in our town. We had no power for the entire time this job was being completed. We were concerned that the job would have to be rescheduled, but no, the crew came back with a generator and still did the job as scheduled! That's called going above and beyond the call of duty!
The group of guys we had do the job were great. Coy did an excellent job keeping us well informed of every step of the process. He took the time every day to explain what was done that day and why. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was happening each step of the way. Everyone pulled together and made the best of what could have been a bad situation.
The entire crew was very polite, respectful and on top of things. They worked together as a team to get the job done. Coy did a fantastic job with his crew; making sure things were completed right and on schedule. He ran a tight ship and we can tell that his guys respect him and followed his direction well.
We are so happy that we chose Ohio State Waterproofing to do this job and couldn't have gotten a batter group of guys to do it. No wonder so many people use Ohio State Waterproofing!
