We wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the waterproofing job that your company performed on our basement in July. I must say that so far, Ohio State Waterproofing has fulfilled its promises to us. Since the job was completed, we have had a number of heavy rain storms and our basement has stayed dry. Its so nice to go down in the basement, during or after the rain, and not worry about the puddles and standing water we used to find. Your system truly does work as advertised.
We are also pleased with the EZ-Breathe system. My wife has traditionally had a lot of upper respiratory problems, but she hasn't experience the coughing and chest congestion she used to have prior to the EZ-Breathe being installed.
Finally, we would like to complement the crew for doing a fine job while they were here. All the men were courteous, the crew chief explained what was going on and answered our questions throughout the job, and all your men worked very diligently. The job was completed on time, as promised.
