John answered all our questions in a friendly and informative manner. We felt comfortable with our decision, after talking with John. We are particularly pleased with the follow-up support we will be receiving after installation, with the warranty you offer. We also appreciate the fact that the warranty is transferable to a new owner, should we decide to sell our home in the future (a great selling point!).
The crew that installed the system were very professional and also very friendly. We were impressed with how well they cleaned up on a daily basis. Each evening our home and property were left very neat. Your crew foreman, Larry, made sure the entire project flowed smoothly and responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had. The flow of work was highly coordinated, and we were impressed with how efficiently everything was completed. Our neighbor was also very impressed with the crew's efficiency and neatness.
