You're the best! From the initial consultation to the final installation, your company proved to me that you are tops in the waterproofing industry. My first impression of the company was forged when our salesman visited my home for the free consultation. He was excellent in educating me about what was happening in my basement and the process that Ohio State Waterproofing would go through to ensure a dry basement. His thoroughness and expertise could only be surpassed by that of the crew that did the installation at my home.
The crew was led by Larry. I had been informed by John that the installation would take three or four days, but under Larry's direction, that job was complete in two days! I was truly amazed at the amount of work completed in those days and the excellence that was demonstrated throughout the job. Larry did not hesitate to answer any questions posed. He also walked me through the various phases of the job as the crew worked tirelessly and conscientiously. The crew was certain to clean the premises, both inside and out, upon completion of each day's work. Larry and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. They made this improvement project a pleasant and educational experience.
My goal, initially, was to have a space in which I felt was healthy for my children to reside.I was ecstatic after the first day work because my basement smelled so much better. After the job was complete, I must say that I was overwhelmed by the transformation. The basement is ready to be finished!
