The crew was very professional. The foreman ensured that the project would be successful, and completed in a timely manner. Rob provided daily updates about the project and advised me about any issues that may occur. He created an open line of communication so that if I had any questions, that I openly ask. He provided documentation about the equipment that was installed, and encouraged me to see the inner workings of the system during the installation process. I would like to mention something about the outside excavation. With the houses being so close I thought it would become a huge issue. Again, the crew did an exceptional job proving no displeasure to any of the surrounding neighbors. I would recommend Ohio State Waterproofing to anyone who has issues with their basement, their work is exceptional.
