We saw an ad for Ohio State Waterproofing on TV and called to make an appointment for a free estimate. The person I spoke with to schedule the appointment was professional and courteous. The sales representative you sent arrived on time for our appointment. We explained to him the water problems we were experiencing. He was very thorough in his examination of our house and property. We then sat down with him where he gave us a detailed overview of what Ohio State Waterproofing could do for us to correct the water problems we were having. He was very courteous and answered the many questions we had.
