The longer version of my experience with your company is that it has been a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Our salesman was our first contact, and he left a very good impression on us. When he came to our home to do the inspection, he was very thorough, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient! We had what seemed like hundreds of questions and he answered each and every one and at no time did I feel rushed, or that any question was a stupid one.
When the work crew arrived, they came ready to work. The foreman walked the perimeter of our home and we discussed each of the problems and solutions one by one for both the exterior and interior of our home.
The work that was done at our home was not easy. It is very labor intensive work and at no time during this job did I see a crew member complain. I was always greeted with a smile and a kind word. I will always remember that.
