I would like to express my satisfaction with the work done by the crew at Ohio State Waterproofing. Their punctuality and efficiency turned what we thought would be a four day job into three. The care they took in protecting our plants and rose garden around the house kept our plants nice and healthy through the outside work.
Care was taken to avoid damaging or dirtying the inside of the house. When they finished the house was clean. While they worked, they took time to explain the systems installed in detail. They pointed out areas where water was seeping in. That helped reinforce our peace of mind that our water problems were being addressed.
They took care to return the worksites to better their previous states. The crew was extremely friendly and polite. They minimized much of the stress that comes with a major renovation like this.
Both my wife and I feel confident our problems with our basement are over. I highly recommend your company.
