I just wanted to let your company know how well I was treated by your service team. The foreman was very helpful in explaining the process and keeping me informed, step by step. He was very knowledgeable and answered any and all my questions. The crew was always wonderful, they worked together great as a team and they treated me with the utmost respect.
I did have several concerns because the initial consultation left out a couple things that needed to be done. The foreman was also helpful and great to make sure that I was satisfied and also answered some concerns that I had.
The job was finished today, and I look forward to utilizing my basement to the fullest.. Once everything settles, you can expect to hear from me as to whether I am pleased or displeased with the job.
