I was very pleased with the foreman and the crew from Ohio State Waterproofing.
The foreman was very good at letting me know what he was going to be doing as well as how long it should take. He answered all my questions quickly and completely.
The crew was polite and friendly. Everyone obviously worked very hard, and I felt that every attempt was made to minimize the disruption to our normal routine.
