I just wanted to let you know that the crew doing the work on my home this week was the best! The foreman and his crew were very professional and made sure I knew what the crew would be doing and how their work would help to solve my damp basement problems. They showed me the day-to-day progress and I was always impressed. Because of the methods used in the late 1940’s to tile the sanitary lines under the basement floor, and due to the fact that the soil in Bay Village is mostly slate/shale, the “excavation” was more of a challenge. But the crew worked non-stop every day from the time they arrived (7:30a.m.!) until they left in the early afternoon-even when they were a man short! What commitment!
Again, I can’t state enough how impressed I am with the professionalism and the courtesy the foreman and crew showed me and Morgan (my dog). I’m only sorry I wasn’t able to have an Ohio State Waterproofing sign for my yard! You guys are the best and I’ll recommend you to anyone and everyone I talk to!
