I like the fact that your sales team is not pushy and take the time to answer as many questions as you may have. The salesman was very professional and very knowledgeable. The fact that he also stated he had been with the company for a long time, starting as a crew member and then moving through the ranks to the sales team was a plus. This says a lot for how the company treats its employees, when they have long term employment with them. In addition since he had actually done the labor involved in the waterproofing process, I felt more confident in my choice of your company.
Secondly, I would like to say the work crew that completed the project was very professional and dedicated to the quality of their work. Their attention to quality is evident in the finished product. They were efficient and very diligent in completing the project. I would not hesitate at all to recommend your company to friends and family.
