I wanted to say thank you, and how wonderful your foreman and crew workers are at Ohio State Waterproofing. These men were all very professional and courteous. Although I was unhappy to have had to have my basement waterproofed, I am very happy I called Ohio State Waterproofing. The foreman and his crew did a great job! He took the time to explain everything to me and my father, all while updating us often.
I appreciate the foreman taking his time and having patience with me throughout the whole process. As a first-time homeowner, he really tuned me into what was going on around me step by step.
Again, a big thank you goes to the foreman and his wonderful team of workers. They all did a fantastic job and have now put my mind at ease over my wet basement.
