I was so apprehensive and worried about the whole process of waterproofing my basement. I was concerned about all the “unexpected” problems which could arise in completing the task on my eighty-year old house.
I’m so happy to report that all of these doubts disappeared within minutes after meeting the job foreman. He did not speak “condescendingly” and he answered all of my questions as he explained the procedure which he and his crew would use. Immediately, I felt myself relax and was confident that he could handle any situation that might arise. The foreman was very personable and kept me apprised of the progress of the waterproofing throughout the entire procedure.
As for the work crew, I could not have picked a better group if I had hand-picked them myself! They are such hard-workers---the heat and humidity of the day did not slow their work nor dampen their spirits. They all had a smile and a kind word at the end of their workday.
After seeing the knowledge and work ethics of your Company, I would not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and neighbors.
