This letter is to better describe my great experience with Ohio State Waterproofing. From setting up the initial appointment with the sales representative, to the meeting of the foreman and his hard-working crew. My wife and I could not be happier with the service we received from your company.
Ohio State Waterproofing exceeded all of our expectations. The foreman and his crew were professional, friendly, and very hard working. They should be commended for their hard work as this crew ran into many obstacles during this specific job. Each time they ran into something difficult, they would just smile and get to the task at hand. In my opinion they all went above and beyond what was expected of them each day.
The foreman is a tremendous asset to Ohio State Waterproofing, his experience, couple with outstanding customer service skill set him apart from any other foreman we have dealt with in the past. Each morning he would take the time to explain what was going to be done that day, and each evening he would show us the progress. He always took the time to answer our questions no matter what was going on at the time. His vast amount of on the job experience provided him the knowledge to overcome many “problems” with our job. He is a great, hard working person, and should be complimented for a job well done.
