Thanks to a great crew and leader who exceeded my expectations on what I consider a difficult job.
Chester took the time to fully explain every procedure and the purpose, throughout the week. He made sure I knew what was being done and eagerly answered my questions. He made this stressful situation bearable.
The crew that came were courteous, making the job go very well. They carefully covered my shrubs to avoid damage and cleaned up frequently. The house was left clean/swept every night and nothing was left out in my yard. I am amazed how little clean up we will have. It has been a very good experience.
The entire crew and Chester were extremely hard workers, something you should be very proud of!
I have contractors do jobs in my house, and by no way were they as clean and friendly as your team. Maybe Ohio State Waterproofing could give classes/training to other contractors. You sure have mastered it with this crew.
