This week I am having my house waterproofed by your company and I just wanted to let you know what an excellent crew and foreman you have.
The whole team has bee, to me, unbelievable. They arrive promptly on time and are immediately working, only taking a break for a quick lunch. I have to credit the foreman. He works right with his crew all the time and is knowledgeable, competent and thoughtful with everyone. He takes time to explain to me what they are doing and answer questions.
A special thanks to the sales manager for helping me feel comfortable about taking on this project. To me, this was a big decision and I think going with Ohio State was the right way to go!

P.S. The boys are finishing up now and I just have to make one more observation regarding the foreman. He is the best! What a worker! You are very fortunate to have an employee like him and I was very lucky you sent him to work on my house!
