1. Timely and professional foreman and his back up representative.
2. Productive crew members, including working supervision. Each person worked continuously throughout the course of the 3 day project with seemingly clear sense of roles and responsibilities. Each person took care in carrying materials and tools in and out of the home, avoiding damage to walls and flooring. They also worked through the rain and cold from time of arrival until the end of the day.
3. Courteous and pleasant demeanor
4. Stepwise explanation of project work and updates on progress. Clearly communicated with the foreman.
5. Relatively low level of noise generated. Physical work of jack hammering concrete. General conversation level among crew hauling materials in and out of house.
