Over the last five days your crews have repaired cracks in our basement walls and installed additional inside and outside drainage systems. For most of the week the weather was terrible - cold, rain and even a little snow. Your workers were consistently respectful of our property and made every effort to minimize the effects of dust, mud and water. They worked very diligently, yet they were always pleasant in spite of the rather sloppy work conditions. We were kept well informed of the work being done and the schedule to complete it. Clean up after the job was well beyond our expectations.
This is our second experience with Ohio State Waterproofing. Our last home needed basement repairs in 1978. You did a great job on a repair that no one else would even attempt, so naturally we called you again when we needed repairs for our current home. We are glad we did, and we highly recommend your services..
