In October, your company completed a waterproofing project at our 12 year old, 3600 square foot home. As you can imagine, we were devastated by the deterioration of our basement with water and mold due to footer and settling issues in such a short amount of time.
We have been incredibly impressed by the professionalism that the foreman and his crew members have displayed during this process. They were always respectful, friendly, and professional in spite of the intense manual labor that was required to correct our basement issues. When other crews assisted at the end of a couple of the work days, due to the size of this home, they also showed professionalism respect to us and our property.
On a daily basis, the foreman was very thorough in explaining all daily procedures to my wife and I, and he was incredibly meticulous with clean up and very detail oriented with all aspects of the job. All inside and outside removal of our personal property was replaced in perfect condition, including a very detailed raised brick patio which had to be removed and dug ten feet down to correct a major basement crack! Everything was replaced in perfect condition, as promised.
We are comfortable in believing that this system will be fail proof, due to the careful manner in which this project was put together. We are also at ease in knowing that we can make a phone call if a problem or question should arise after completion of this job. We highly recommend this crew for future projects for Ohio State Waterproofing. Thank you for making this unfortunate dilemma a pleasant and gratifying process!
