We were introduced to Ohio State Waterproofing by a way of a coupon in our local Val-Pac mailer. From what we had heard about them through advertising, Scott and I figured they were the best to contact with regard to our basement problems. We were in panic mode, we had no idea what was happening to our house and we needed help fast.
From the making of the appointment process, meeting and sitting down with Jeff, Scott and I were finally able to feel relief from what was going on with the basement. Jeff came to our home and went over everything with us step by step, process by process, answered they why’s and the what if’s. We were impressed with his honesty and his professionalism and felt confident we made the right decision on choosing Ohio State Waterproofing.
On November 22nd, the workers showed up to our home. The first gentleman we met was Larry. Larry was very nice and easy to talk to, then the rest of the workers came in and they were all very respectful and nice to us. James is the second gentleman we were introduced to, very nice man as well. What I appreciated the most was the constant communication they had with us on the process and how much longer things would be and what they needed to do next. All of the workers presented and represented themselves very well. When it came time to clean up and go over everything we felt very informed and pleased with what they had done.
All of the representatives of Ohio State Waterproofing were concerned about our satisfaction and took very good care of our furnishings in our basement. All in a all, a job well done and I would recommend them to anyone who needed this kind of work done. Thank you so very much for everything.
