The crew arrived promptly at 8am. The crew foreman was Duane. We met him at the door and he very politely introduced himself and his crew. After introduction, he explained everything that they were going to do and when over the salesman’s notes with us. He was very thorough and quickly answered any questions we had.
During the process and after the completion of the work, Duane and his crew were very professional and courteous and made a very strong effort to keep our floors, interior and exterior as clean as possible.
