I hired Ohio State Waterproofing to waterproof a basement of a home that we were remodeling. After talking with me they agreed to start the job and that Monday morning they came in with all the materials needed to begin the job. The foreman explained everything that they were going to do. There were few differences between what the salesman had said and what they were willing to do. As far as I can tell they have now completed everything that was written on the contract.
As a contractor, I would definitely hire them again should I ever have a need for their services, and I would recommend anyone to do the same.
