We are new to the world of waterproofing. We were skeptical about the quality and service of work that we were going to be receiving from Ohio State Waterproofing, but now that has changed.
The timeliness was superb. The work was done in an efficient manner and the process was done in the manner that was told to us by the sales rep. The foreman was also very polite. He answered all of our questions and explained what the work they were doing that day so we knew what to expect.
We thought that we were going to lose all of our plants along the side of our house, but we were surprised that they went beyond the call of duty and dug up our plants and then when they were finished they replanted them for us.
They also washed down our driveway and cleaned up their mess up in the basement. We were glad to see that they took the time to put plastic over everything in our basement so it would be kept clean while they worked and I would not have to clean dust off of everything.
