My experience with Ohio State Waterproofing has been far beyond my expectations! From my initial phone call to the final cleanup each individual did his job to the fullest. No time was wasted. Our salesman was at my home for the inspection within days of my call and after thoroughly explaining my situation and the process.
The follow up correspondence in scheduling was efficient and kept as promised. Our foreman and his crew were exceptional in every aspect. They go down to work, hard work, immediately upon arrival. Our foreman explained the day's plan and kept me informed regularly through out the three work days. Everything was carried out professionally. They readied the work area to keep my possessions from unnecessary exposure then cleaned the site well upon completion.
For me, it was hard to believe so much could be done in so short a time span by this truely capable band of men. Thanks to Ohio State Waterproofing! You will most assuredly be on my to be recommended list every chace I have.
