Our family has been loyal customers of Ohio State Waterproofing in our previous home. We feel the need to tell others of the excellent level of professional service we have received this time. When the estimate was presented we had some questions about a wall that was "bowing in" and our representative presenting the estimate took extra time with us to explain all the procedures required to do the job correctly. We felt that he was honest and had integrity.
The foreman and his crew were also very courteous, professional and hard working; the entire job was done correctly and in a timely manner. The amount of effort spent prior to the job covering anything that could possibly get dirty and the perfectly clean area at the time of completion is an action that speaks volumes about the customer training these men receive!
When we initially met with our foreman he explained and review the entire system with us; we left with a much better understanding of what this process really involves. His high degree of expertise reveals his many years of experience. We have come to realized the homes we had waterproofed by another company not only had cost more; it did not protect the exterior walls to the same degree. We also feel the warranty from Ohio State Waterproofing is of greater value.
