We decided to go with Ohio State Waterproofing because of their reputation as one of the best in the business. We were able to get what we felt was an excellent price from the salesman, and we were told work would start in the middle of September. I was notified weeks later that the work would begin on Wednesday. At 7:30 A.M. on that date the Ohio State Waterproofing crew arrived. The supervisor was always in and out making sure everything was being done as promised. For three long days the crew worked in and out of the house, sometimes without breaks and short lunches to make sure we were satisfied and that the work was finished on time, as promised. At all times I was updated and explained of everything that the work crew was doing on all stages of the work.
I am a real estate investor and deal with brokers, banks, attorneys, property managers and all other walks of professionals. I never have met a crew as in sync with each other than that of the Ohio State Waterproofing crew as that was here this week. When it comes to top notch workers keeping total professionalism under hard labor conditions, these men are it. All five of them including the supervisory should be commended. They are a credit to Ohio State Waterproofing and they made my fiance and I very happy we chose your company. I will recommend your company to anyone that needs waterproofing, not just because of your outstanding crews. We are completely satisfied with the work that was done and thank Ohio State Waterproofing, but especially express our gratitude once again to the crew. Without those men, Ohio State Waterproofing could not survive.
