I had my basement waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing. The crew that was sent to my home was very professional. Before starting work, my floors and possessions in the basement were all covered with plastic. The shrubs outside were also covered. The first day, they worked inside and outside (outside all day in the rain). The coordination of the work force was impressive. The crew attacked the job as if it was a military operation. At the end of the day, my floors were cleaned of all dirt brought in from outside. My home was cleaned up so my family did not have to deal with walking on dirt the first evening.
The crew was very polite and considerate. Each step was explained thoroughly. By their actions, it was obvious they knew their jobs well. They worked continuously and hard the two days they were at my home. This was a ‘job well done’ and I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.
